Your mission: 

Retail Operations International team coordination (2 people), that gives support to 75 stores in UK, France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Hungary and Czech Republic in their daily operations, ensuring that our stores can receive, process, sell and transfer merchandise in an effective way, through the main system applications and according to the standard processes across the Group.

 

What will the role entail?

  1. Oversee retail back-office processes

Pre-season, in-season and post-season back-office activities, through the main IT applications in the Company, Rpro(POS) and SAP (ERP):

  • Daily stores operations as deliveries uploading, end of season return management, transfers between stores, special events, promotions.
  • Month-end reporting supervision ensuring the team reach deadlines.
  • Train and support store teams in the point of sale processes and prepare user manuals.
  • Plan and organize stock takes seasonal calendar, analyze stock discrepancies and report them to the relevant people.
  • Train and motivate the team.
  • Look for continuous process improvements.
  • To communicate clearly from the top downwards to ensure departmental objectives are achieved.
  1. Retail operations projects support

Collaborate in Retail Operations projects: a new point of sale applications, mobile POS, omnichannel new processes in the stores as click & collect, in-store returns or online sales in the stores.

  • Key user in pilots, user acceptance test
  • Training and users manuals for the new applications and processes.

Requirements

Minimum experience in the industry: 2-3 years experience in a similar role.

  

Education level required

  • University degree level

Required languages      

  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Advanced)

Technical skills required

  • Strong Microsoft office skills, Business Intelligence, Excel advanced user
  • Knowledge in SAP ( or similar) and Point of sale software
