Your mission:

You will be part of our dynamic and dedicated customer service team, servicing our wholesale customers worldwide. You will follow up the whole order to cash process of important French accounts in consignment.

What will the role entail?:

  • Order entry & follow up
  • Order book management
  • Orders to cash conversion
  • Consignment stock and invoicing management
  • Responding to customer queries by telephone or email
  • Handling customers complaints and returns
  • Liaise with Logistics for booking-in & deliveries 

Who will you report to? Customer Service Assistant Manager

Exigences

Minimum experience in the industry: Minimum 1 year of experience in similar position, ideally in the Fashion Industry

 

Education level required: University degree in Business or similar.

Required languages : Native French speaker. Basic skills in English and Spanish

Technical skills required: Advanced MS Excel skills & Experience with SAP is a plus
