Your mission:

Manage the development and implementation of strategic and operational plan aligned with Group and Key Account business objectives.

  • Sales and profit objective responsibility for designated key account.
  • Develop a trust relationship with the key account to:
    • Identify customer needs and drive business opportunities in line with Key Account and Group business strategy.
    • Coordinate and align with all the cross-functional teams involved in the Account management (marketplace, DTC, wholesale, marketing, CS, Operations) to provide an excellent communication, responsiveness and service to customer in order to achieve the objectives and maintain the trust relationship
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers in a timely manner and deal with complaints.

 

What will the role entail? 

  • Business Plan and Reporting
  • Budget under the supervision of the Head of Key Account Management in close cooperation with financial controlling, merchandising, sales, marketplace team and key account.
  • Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspective, risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze and report sales, marketing, operational KPI, targets and actuals.

 

  • Account management
  • Maximize collaboration with customer by integrating with its key processes, creating added value for the customer and ensuring the company objectives are met.
  • Understand customer needs for change, and drive to their implementation.
  • Identify and capturing business opportunities to reach commercial goals.
  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with different areas of Partner’s company.
  • Creating a contact plan to maximize customer facing time based on the objectives set.
  • Set up meetings and agenda with Key Account and external / internal relevant stakeholder

 

  • Product and Merchandising
  • Work closely with the Sales, Merchandising, Marketplace, and Design teams to build a consistent range plans across the different channels that help to achieve the strategic and BP targets with the key account
  • Follow up and analyze the sell-through/sell-out data of the different sales channels.
  • Effectively carry out market research and demand collection
  • set up the client’s account plan (promotions, assortment, visibility…) in order to maximize turnover and the profit of the accounts
  • Prepare and present products proposals to Key Accounts

 

  • Marketing
  • Align with marketing team on strategic plans and actions for the marketing activity focused on key account.
  • Work with internal and external teams to deliver effective Go to market and client communication programs.
  • Identify new marketing tools and exclusive collaboration actions.
  • Marketplace
  • Align with marketplace team on a consistent product strategy to ensure the BP efficient delivery.
  • Customer Service
  • Monitor closely with the operation teams the service provided to both Key Account and final consumer to ensure that required service and SLA are met.
  • Report deviations and align with key stakeholders to put a plan to solve potential issues identified from the monitoring activity

 

 

Requirements

Minimum experience in the industry

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in business development and category management.
  • Experience in a digital environment.
  • Experience of working with or for big Pure Player retailers.
  • Experience with forecasting tools
  • Experience in marketplace

Languages required:

  • English very High level (C2, a level test will take place during the interview)
  • Spanish High level (C1, a level test will take place during the interview)

Technical skills required

  • Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point), ERP
