Your mission:

• Support the HR Controller Team

What will the role entail?

• Responsible for the master data of Human Resources across the entire Group.
• Contact point for the different HR Departments (national and international) in order to consolidate all the HR Data.
• Support the HR Budget, last estimated and Forecast at group level to ensure proper completion within the deadlines and the objectives.
• Provide support on internal projects (e.g. optimisation / digitalisation of internal processes)
• Personnel cost and headcount planning as well as regular variance analysis.
