Overview
The Head of Consumer Engagement will lead and manage 360 Marketing strategies and initiatives for AWWG. They will be responsible for driving consumer loyalty, increasing brand awareness, and driving sales through innovative programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and a proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
The Role
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of our channels and consumers, and based on the seasonal brand calendars, generate a 360 strategy across all consumer touchpoints to deliver profitable growth in brand awareness, consideration, and ultimately sales
- Ensure marketing activity is focused on acquisition and retention of consumers across all channels
- Develop trade Marketing strategies to support all within the AWWG commercial network, including owned Full Price and Outlet stores, Wholesale, International & Franchises
- Balance the need for local differences in the Marketing strategy, ensuring overall global consistency
- Oversee the planning and execution of all in-store activations and events
- Drive the development and implementation of loyalty programs to increase engagement and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Oversee the planning and execution of seasonal media plans including Out of Home across our key markets, collaborating with relevant agencies and managing substantial budgets
- Manage brand partnerships and sponsorships
- Develop and maintain relationships with key commercial and media partners
- Oversee budget control and ROI assessment processes
- Manage and mentor a team of 10, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality execution of programs
- Analyse consumer data and market trends to inform strategies and adjust as needed to improve results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to incorporate new and innovative consumer engagement tactics
- Present to senior management top-line performance insights and recommendations
